aster silicates has designed bio-gas plants which uses all types of biomass and generates bio-gas which is used in redesigned end fired triple pass regenerative furnaces to get temperature above 1300 degree centigrade.

our company was originally incorporated as arbuda steel private limited on august 27, 1996 under the companies act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation bearing registration number 04 ? 30581 of 1996 - 1997 issued by the registrar of companies, dadra and nagar haveli, gujarat. The name of our company was changed to aster silicates private limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated april 13, 2006. Our company was converted into a public limited company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated december 4, 2009 and consequently the name of our company was changed to ?aster silicates limited?. The corporate identification number of our company is u27609gj1996plc030581.
aster silicates has designed triple pass regenerative and recuperative end fired glass furnace with multiple fuel arrangement which recycles preheated air at a temp. 1150-1200? c, inside furnace instead of conventional 40? c room temp. Hence the fuel consumption are 25% lesser than conventional direct fired silicate furnaces.

other uses :

in water proofing, foundry for setting core, investment casting, paper, silica gel, textile and detergents. The total consumption in these other uses is more than 500mts/day in gujarat only. We can offer better purity grades of sodium silicates as per international standards to match customers requirements.
