The space heaters manufactured by us is self-contained, free standing air heating appliance that is used for installation in the space being heated and not intended for duct connections. This is mainly used as a supplemental room heating appliance.

Our range of immersion heaters are made to heat water, oil and chemical. Made from superior grade of copper, S.S.-316 and titanium pipe, these immersion heaters come fitted with M.S., brass and S.S. threaded flanges for better function ability.

Our range of bobbin immersion heaters are made by fully immersed application and side fitting purpose, these are rewire able and are made out of M.S., S.S. (304 & 316 Grade) in titanium pipe. Further the gold plating is done on quartz tube over 180 degrees. The superior designing features of our heaters reflect the radiant energy through the opening area only, thus improving element efficiency by as much as 20 % in comparison to those without gold plating.

Our cartridge heaters are made out of stainless steel pipe and brass pipe in low and high watt density in regular and 'D' shape. Apart from this, we also offer to our clients low watt density cartridge heaters in brass or SS 304 sheath with watt density of 4 watt /sq.cm. Tubular heaters are mounted through tank walls using standard pipe couplings and are available in various sizes, heat capacities and sheath materials for heating oil, water and chemical solutions.

Our range of tubular/finned air heaters are made out of stainless steel (304 & 321 Grade), and in incaloy pipe for higher temperature application with high grade magnesium oxide insulation powder. These tubular and finned heater also made in finned covers for better transmission of hot air. We ensure that they are the most versatile of all electric heating elements, capable of being formed into virtually any configuration to heat liquids, air, gases and surfaces. Mounted through tank walls using standard pipe couplings, they are available in various sizes, heat capacities and sheath materials for heating oil, water and chemical solutions.

These heaters are made in mica and ceramic insulation and made out of M.S, brass and S.S. sheet. Used in varied heating and cooling applications, the features of our products include:

Mica Band Heaters: Offering them in MW quartz IR heating modules, the resistance wire of these heaters are enclosed in a small diameter quartz tube running parallel to each other and mounted in a special housing. Ceramic Band Heaters: We offer to our clients short wave infrared heating module based ceramic band heaters. They are the ideal solution in the application on infrared heat technology. They save the user design costs and time and are substantially less expensive than complete infrared systems. These gold-coated single/twin tube short wave IR heaters are available with different type of terminations as per the requirement.

Our alkaline immersion heaters are made out of S.S. (304 & 316 grade) and titanium pipe, and are covered with lead. These short wave infrared heaters transfer heat directly in the form of electromagnetic rays, at a velocity of approximately 300,000 km / sec. Infrared heat is particularly economical on energy compared to other heat sources because it acts quickly, directly on product. IR is therefore not only the "fastest from of heat" but is also suitable for particularly demanding applications such as vacuum technology and clean room conditions. Short wave IR emitters are suitable for all applications, in which the attainment of high temperatures is required in the shortest possible time.

Silica chemical heaters consist of a helical wound resistance coil housed in a pure vitreous silica fused quartz tube. The Quartz tubing is terminated with specially designed ceramic insulating caps, which are securely fastened to the quartz tube with high temperature cement providing excellent support to the power connecting termination. Silica chemical heaters are designed to be used in a horizontal position only. Silica chemical heaters are available in various diameters like 8,10,12,15.19 mm & lengths from 300 to 1500 mm.
