These contain coal compartment assembly which has hard facing of cobalt up to 55 RC. and tilting tangential burner assembly assured for its tilting action and coaxility MOC :SS 310 . These are manufactured in compliance with required standards and can be delivered within stipulated time frame.

It can be supplied with valves or threaded or weld connection. MOC can be used as per ASTM stds types SS316, carbon steel and alloy steel and monel with wall thks and pressure test reference to ANSI B36-10 at Sch 40 ,80,160 and XXS. Welding carried out by our qualifed welders under the supervision of Certified Welding Inspector from American Welding Society. Final inspection criteria as required pressure test additional test required :penetrant testing and radiography test can be carried out as per acceptance criteria of ASME Section VIII Div I.

It protect the instrument from damaging effects of direct exposure to high temperature steam. To properly install and use a pigtail steam syphon, install the syphon in the pressure port, fill the syphon with water and install the pressure gauge. The water will fill the lower half of the coil and will act as a protective barrier between the high temperature steam and the pressure gauge. We recommend pigtail steam syphons for all steam applications. Available in 90,180,270 and 360 coil styles.
