Bottle Gullies

ASTRAL bottle gullies can be used to remove surface water from paved pedestrian areas. Side and back boss inlets accept waste water from ground floor domestic applications and / or rainwater from roofs.

By adding a raising piece the gUlly grating can be installed where paving is set at varying heights, where a new surface is laid or if deep bedding is required. It can be cut to the desired length to allow the gUllyto be installed at depths of up to 600 mm, reducing the need for additional bends.

The square top version is sized at 200mm with spacer nibs at the edges to complement block paving and is designed to make finishing neat and simple when installed in slab or block paved areas. The offset top is designed to fit snugly against a wall, reducing the need for time-consuming or untidy finishing.

Drain Connections

Compatibility can be difficult when connecting to existing pipe work. To overcome this, ASTRAL offers a variety of connectors for use with most sizes and materials.

ASTRAL products contain high performance integral ring seals that ensure watertight joints remains leak free for many years to come.

Inspection Chambers

ASTRAL inspection chambers offer an easier, more economical alternative to traditionally constructed manholes. Inspection chambers are available in 110 mm and 160 mm sizes. Installation couldn't be more straight-forward, raising pieces are simply builtup to the required height to achieve instant watertight joints.

ASTRAL 450 mm chamberbases in 110 mm and 160 mm comprise four swept inlets at 45° and 90° and contain a builtin-fail.

The shallow access chamberbase has two 110 mm inlets at 45° and is installed using 230 mm diameter raisers. Internal installation is also possible using a sealed cover and frame.
