This is a standard machine with a turntable. There are two versions available.

FALU CT - 3001/ 04: Without automatic quality control of the finished cotton swabs.

FALU CT - 3002/ 04: With automatic quality control of the finished cotton swabs. Each swab is checked for its completeness. If a cotton head is missing, the stick is automatically removed.

In the version of the standard machine FALU CT - 3001/ 3002/ 04 with turntable, the boxes are placed on the turntable by an operator. The machine fills the boxes with the number of pieces that was pre-selected. When the box is full, the turntable switches automatically to the next box to be filled. The operator takes away the full boxes and closes them. The turntable has 24 stations. Instead of the turntable, there can be attached either the fully automatic cube or rectangular box packaging machine FALU WV or FALU SV-2-S, FALU BV-2, FALU BL-12 or FALU RV

A number of round boxes are placed on a conveyor belt. From there they are taken over by the automatic packaging machine and filled by the installed robot. The finished boxes are placed by an operator in cardboard boxes ready for dispatch.

The FALU BV-2A is a fully automatic bag packaging machine for cotton swabs. It is coupled directly to the FALU CT - 3001/ 3002/ 04. The cotton swabs produced on the FALU CT are fully automatically packaged by the BV-2A into bags. The bags are sealed by welding.The finished bags are ejected and further transported on a built-in conveyor belt, from where they are taken by an operator and placed in cardboard boxes. One person can operate two machines, depending on the size of package. The bag is an extremely low-cost packaging solution, disposal friendly and sales promoting. The contents are presented visibly and pleasantly. The cotton swabs are placed compactly in the bag (not loosely).
