Available in capacities 4t. 6t. And 8t. Bitumen sprayers manufactured by atlas are highly efficient in spraying it has a 25 hp kirloskar make diesel engine to drive bitumen pump and a standard ingersoll rand compressor.

The spraying width is 2.4 to 4.5 meters with a total of 19 high efficient spraying nozzles ensuring a superior and uniform spraying spraying nozzles are operated by a pneumatic cylinder. The pipe line is arranged to ensure proper flow of materials through gravity and to ensures less hazzles in cleaning a filter is assembled in the spraying line to ensure proper cleaning.

A digital tachometer is provided to monitor the spraying of bitumen. A relief valve provided with bitumen pump ensures no clogging of bitumen.

Mechanical brooms manufactured by atlas are very efficient in terms of road cleaning the broom consists of nylon cleaning bristles which are durable and efficient. The broom can be easily fitted over a tractor without an axle and can move as per the road. It has a 2.25 m cleaning width.
