We manufacture the metal furniture in the varieties of brass, copper, aluminum, iron and other metals.
The company started exporting in the year 1980 and has been exporting to the USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, Australia & Middle East Countries. Quality Policy / ProcessesWe blend modern technology and traditional craftsmanship in our manufacturing process. Our trained professionals conduct welding, soldering, polishing, electroplating, corrugation and other activities with high degree of precision. The products are thoroughly checked for any quality flow or failure by our expert team of quality control. It is equipped with all the relevant equipments like lacquering plant and ultrasound vaporised de-greasing system.
Most of our products undergo phosphating and powder coating in the electric and diesel ovens for durability. Specially for ferrous goods to prevent them from rusting the raw material is rigorously checked for their chemical and physical properties. All the finished products bear quality seal by our quality department before they are declared okay for the market.
InfrastructureOur manufacturing unit is situated at Moradabad and is well equipped with all the required machines, tools, skilled craftsmen and other workforce. ATOZ Industries has installed state of the art machines used for sand casting, sheet processing, lathe work, grinding, skinning, threading and so on. The in-house power generation sets are there to take care of any irregular power supply. We are in the process of enlarging our unit. The packaging department is specialized in packaging all the items as per their requirements so that they are safe during storage and transportation. A large warehouse helps to store the bulk order of various sizes.
