We strongly believe in “QUALITY ABOVE ALL”. To serve quality products, we are careful enough to keep a bird’s view in our facilities. Our quality control staff performs a check in three different stages :
Incoming scrap inspection
The scrap imported from U. K. is being thoroughly checked by the labours with QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISORS keeping a constant watch & providing them instant guidelines wherever required or felt proper by the QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISORS.
Online manufacturing inspection
Each & every process of production is carried out under supervision of QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISORS. It’s a rule that no process can be carried out in absence of a QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR. It is a strong relation with QUALITY AWARENESS that we have been successful enough to implement everywhere within our facilities. Each ongoing manufacturing product is frequently checked at every production stage to ensure minimum possible rejection.
Pre dispatch material inspection
Even after the online inspection, our QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISORS do not rely on directly packing the material. They still keep an urge to check the material before packing & final dispatch. This positively affects our image in the market in terms of quality & helps us to gain more & more satisfied customers.
Quality control department & its facilities
Owing to the responsibility of the QUALITY CONTROL TEAM, they are equipped with all modern testing facilities like Spectrometers, Verniers, Calipers, Gauges, Digital weigh scales, Pins, Radius cutter, Micrometer etc.
