About Us

The inborn talent to a great extent made me(Monica Kapur)think about designer jewellery. Talent itself could not have done great wonders without proper guidance and training this is how it all began. I enrolled myself for a course in basic and advanced designing at JPDC (Jewellery Product Development Center).My passion to learn more encouraged me to go further for a diploma in manufacturing. These courses were of a great help to know the practicality of designs in manufacturing. Then came an opportunity to do a course in industry oriented designing which helped me to understand the demand in different countries as well as India.

Modern technology of computers was not to be left far behind as I learnt computer aided designing. Water colour rendering did great wonders in bringing out the effects of drawn sketches. With the immense popularity of diamonds in today's jewellery, it promoted me to do diamond grading course followed by work experience as an assorter in the same field.

As a part of learning experience it gave me great pleasure and honor to become a finalist in India vision 2000 in two different categories. My confidence as a designer was further boosted by winning Tahiti Pearl Trophy in 2003.Two more awards were bagged in 2005-2006.These were followed by three more in the year 2007-2008 of Tahiti Pearl competition in different categories.
