Auto Controls make high power induction furnace with operating frequency from 500 Hz to 20 KHz using highly efficient series turned IGBT based inverter. It melts the metal upto 1000 kg. Water cooled coil with proper insulation is isolated from the mains.

Heating the billet to forging temperature by induction heating. Any shape & size of billet [ferrous or non ferrous] can be heated to required temperature upto the core. Hence forging is possible. Motorized or pneumatic or hydraulic movement to move billet inside the coil for heating for continuous production.

The job is placed in various shape of coil as per application and when high frequency current passed through coil the induced current flows in job and as per joules law Q = I2 x R x T the heat is generated ( I = Current in job, R = Resi. of job T = Time in sec. ) Hence the job heats up quickly. As per the application job is quenched in proper quenching media for HARDENING, cooled naturally for ANNEALING, the flux & brazing alloy applied for BRAZING.
