High Current Rectifiers are used in a variety of industrial applications such as Electroplating, Electro coloring, Magnetization, Hydrogenation, Electro winning, Capacitor Film Formation, Cathode Protection, Anodizing, ED Coating (Painting), Chlorination, Water Treatment, Battery Formation, Electro heating and special applications such as plasma, defence and on-board vehicle applications.

The insulators for Electrostatic Precipitator are used for high-voltage insulation and sealing of the hanging rods for the overhanging frame of the corona electrode, passing through the housing of the electric field. The insulators are classified according to product profile into the following types :

• Cylindrical Support Insulator
• Conical Support Insulator
• Wall Through Bushing
• Drive Insulator
• Shaft Insulator
• Pin Insulator

Both outer and inner surfaces of the bushing are covered with brown or white glaze, and two end surfaces being ground. Our products conform to the stipulations of GB/T772-2005: Technical specification of high-voltage porcelain insulators. They can work at temperature up to 400⁰C, with working voltage classes from 72 KV to 120 KV, and compression failing load not less that 1000 KN.

Our product is a small and compact unit based on latest electronic devices. It senses the current flowing through a totally electrically isolated circuit and energizes the electromagnetic relay when the current crosses the set value.

The setting is done with a continuously adjustable knob over a linearly calibrated dial. It incorporates a built-in ON delay timer to avoid spurious trappings in case of transients with time adjustable from 1 to 10 seconds the help of a second knob over a calibrated dial.

Any manufacturing process or equipment needs close monitoring, it is effectively done by employing Annunciation system. The system provides Audio and Visual indication of faults.

The series we offer is one of the most advanced, highly reliable and compact micro-controller based alarm annunciation system. The system offers annunciation with signaling and Auxiliary (open collector) output. Annunciation inputs are connected to potential free contacts.  When fault condition occurs in any one of the connected inputs, annunciator indicates the fault by flashing respective window and energies Hooter Relay.

Alternating Pump Controllers: provide a high and low level alarm and an alternating pump control for two pumps. It is used in conjunction with our Switch. Additional features can be added as required. It can be customized to suit any application.

Booster Pump Controllers: are installed to automatically start and stop pump motor(s) on system demand in order to maintain a constant pressure in a pressurized water supply system. System demand can be detected by pressure (standard) or current sensing (option).

The completely assembled and wired controllers are factory tested before shipping. All components used in our booster pump controllers are of approved standards.
