Wet Field Bipolar Coagulator (Solid State)

Aurolab manufactures Aurocautery, which is a wet field bipolar coagulator. Mainly used in ophthalmic surgeries. It offers precise hemostasis of blood vessles like epiceleral, intrasceleral and intraocular hmostasis and provides precise tissue coaptation like conjunctiva closure. Tissue may be coagulated under irrigation (wet- field) with saline or under bloody field.

Auro Ring - Capsular Tension Ring
These Capsular Tension Ring are used to stabilize and recentre the capsular bag in cases of damaged or missing zonules, lens subluxation, pseudoexfoliation, myoplia zonulolysis, soft IOL.

Auro Ring – Modified Capsular Tension Rings With Single And Double Loop
These rings, specially designed for scleral fixation with suture, are also manufactured at Aurolab. These rings are extremely helpful in cases of progressive zonulysis and large zonular dialysis.

Auro Ring - Capsular Tension Segment
The Capsular Tension Segment is a partial ring with a fixation hook for temporary or permanent fixation. It can be placed following anterior capsulotomy and fixated using an iris retractor. For permanent fixation, it can be sutured in place.

• One or more, as necessary, can be used to support parts of the capsule that have insufficient zonular support.
  
• Placement is easy and atraumatic, even before phaco.
  
• No sharp points to tear the capsulorhexis.
  
• Can be used even when anterior or posterior capsular tears are present.

Aurolab foldable lenses are made out of proven, biocompatible, Poly – HEMA material imported from the USA. This material has remained safe since 1998 in patients’ eyes. Aurolab has introduced foldable lenses in 3 models viz., Aurofold, Auroflex and Microfold. These lenses have displayed consistently good post operative results.

The blue light of the visible spectrum is said to have a harmful effect on the retina, especially the macular region. The soon to be introduced, Aurolab yellow tinted PMMA lenses, made from imported raw material, have an effective blue light filter that protects the retina.

It also has a 360°square edge on the posterior side that reduces PCO effectively.
