Testing Facilities
| We have a fully established laboratory with trained technical personnel committed to research and development. We help our esteemed clients in short listing the type and grade of activated carbon suitable for their product. We collect the sample of their products to be treated and carry out suitability tests by using various forms and grades of activated carbon available with us. These helps us in recommending a particular grade of activated carbon on which our client does the final suitability test and gives the final approval. |

| We strongly believe that the selection of particular grade of activated carbon should always depend on the actual suitability test on your product rather than going by the different parameters as given by different manufacturers and suppliers of activated carbon in their technical specifications. |
Quality Policy / ProcessesOur company motto has always been timely service and right quality. Quality is the life of our business and is of prime importance to us and we are constantly improving our standards of excellence for providing better quality products and services. We never compromise on this aspect. We have a full fledged laboratory with all the necessary required equipments and a qualified person to check different parameters of activated carbon such as Methylene blue value, Iodine value, Carbon tetra chloride adsorption, Iron, ash, moisture, acid soluble matter, water soluble matter, pH, chlorides and sulphates. All this are the basic technical parameters of activated carbon as given in our technical specifications on our product pages. We also provide testing methods to our local clients so that they can carry out the test and verify the quality. We work on the policy of minimum rejection to reduce the overhead expenses. We are proud to announce that we have been able to achieve less than 1% rejection rate for the full range of our products.
