  High performance Cobalt Stearate

It is one of the high performance bonding promoters which increases the bond strength between rubber compounds and metal surface. It is very suitable for applications in natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and their compounds to bond easily with brass or zinc plated steel cord or metal plates as well as various bare steel, especially for bonding with brass plating of various thicknesses. It is ideal direct bonding agents for steel meridian cord tyre, steel wire fortified hoses and Conveyors as well as other rubber-metal composite products.

Dry Bonding Agents

Aurobond is a direct bonding system leads to high adhesion value between fabric and brass coated steel cord with rubber compound. The synthetic rubber chemicals and adhesive resin, which is formed by the in-situ reaction of resorcinol and methylene compound at the time of vulcanization, are migrated to the interface

Aurobond RD I	:	Physico-chemical mixture of Resorcinol and Inert carrier in free flowing powder form
Aurobond RD II	:	Solidified melt of Resorcinol and fatty acid in flake form
Aurobond RD 19	:	Pre condensed Resorcinol Formaldehyde Resin (RF Resin) Free Resorcinol content 8-12%
Aurobond RD20	:	Pre condensed Resorcinol Formaldehyde Resin (RF Resin) Free Resorcinol content 1-5%
