Polymeric Plasticizers & Homogenizing Agent

AUROSIN 40 is a processing promoter of high molecular weight. It is particularly suitable for improving the homogeneity of compounds based on rubber blends and in improving the dispersion of fillers and other rubber chemicals.

AUROSIN 40, a homogenizing agent increases the green tack of many compounds although strictly this is not mere a tackifier, but however, boosting the efficiency of other tackifying agents.

AUROSIN 40, a homogenizing agent does not harden during vulcanization. In the presence of AUROSIN 40 hardness of the vulcanizate is not reduced as much as when using material like mineral oil, plasticizers, etc

APPLICATIONS

Dark coloured compound based on natural Rubber (NR) & synthetic rubber (SR). Also apply for NR & SR blend compound in tyre and conveyer belting.
