Thes dual brake valves are basically the " brake" in the air braking system. Mounted below the foot of the driver, supplies air to the front and back brake chambers.

Has a inbuilt safety system which cuts of the primary or the secondary system in case of a failure, so that atleast one circuit is operational.

The quick release valve is installed near the brake chambers to facilitate quick release of the air in the brake chambers during brake release.

The Gravity proportioning valve is a safety device which is installed at an angle of 45 degrees.

What this does is, during sudden braking, it reduces the air pressure sent to the front brakes by half so that the driver is able to steer the vehicle even during sudden braking.

The relay valve is basically a product which is mounted on multi axle vehicles.

This is usually installed near the brake chambers so that it can quickly supply air to the brake chambers, thus reducing the response time needed for brake application.
