A PLC controlled wire mesh welders are available for various widths from 300 to 2500 mm with automatic cross wire feeders.

These machines are ruggedly built and suitable for use round the clock.

Wire Straightening & Cutting Machines are available with NC / PLC based controls and are equipped with VF AC Drives from ABB. Wide range of machines are available for wire diameters froms 3 mm to 16 mm. Both Rotating Arbor types and Killing Roller types are available. Various types of hoppers are available to suit different applications.

Fully Automatic Ring Forming and Cutting machine for mass production of wire rings from dia 65 mm to 900 mm. Wire dia range from 2 mm to 6 mm. The diameter can be programmed on the NC controller which has an encoder feedback. The machine is capable of batch production to reduce excess production.
