Graco introduces its new high-production hydraulic airless striping system, the PRO LineLazer™ III Hydraulic, available in two new versions, with one or two guns, or as a PRO combo pack, attached to a BIG LineDriver™.
This hydraulic system presents several professional advantages over the standard petrol driven BIG LineLazer III models, such as higher output, production and application speeds. It also means no clutch and therefore very smooth striping.
The PRO LineLazer™ III Hydraulic benefits from the electronic SmartControl™ processor which electronically monitors all functions of the unit. This results in a smooth and gradual pumping speed, a better control of flow and pressure, which ultimately, delivers better lines with better definitions, more precise and more consistent. With the ability to monitor each function of the sprayer, the SmartControl™ provides critical information to the professional striping contractor. Directly from its easy-to-read digital tracking system, you can monitor actual pressure, speed, line thickness applied, the spray line distance, the amount of material sprayed, etc.
Petrol Start, Kerosene Run, Shriram Honda 3.5 HP Air Cooled Engine
Gear box driven Transaxle. Drive system works smoothly with the control of a selector Machine will move front and reverse accordingly. Working speed is at 0-7 km/h. It has a brake system and a hook for towing purpose. The gear box has 6 speed for front movement and 1 speed for reverse. It has brake system. Moving speed is based on engine speed and gear selection.
Chassis and frame work
Made of stainless steel channels and plates for light weight usage. Enable the machine operator to handle the machine fast and accurate. Higher work output can be achieved with less time loss.
Glass bead dispenser
Drop-on Glass Bead Dispenser for 10 & 15cm widths. Glass Beads Dispenser adjusted to give minimum discharge of 300gms/MÂ² Glass Beads Dispenser is of Dozing System (Chain Driven) & connected to the wheels of the machine Hence, Glass Beads Dispenser is irrespective of speed of machine assuring same quantity of beads at any speed.
The work under this section consists of marking traffic stripes using a thermoplastic compound meeting the requirements specified herein.
The thermoplastic compound shall be screeded/extruded on to the pavement surface in a molten state by suitable machine capable of controlled preparation & lying with surface application of glass beads at a specific rate. Upon cooling to ambient pavement temperature, it shall produce an adherent pavement marking of specified thickness & width & capable of resisting deformation by traffic.
The colour of the compound shall be white or yellow (IS : Colour No.356) as specified in the drawings or as directed by the Engineer. Where the compound is to be applied to cement concrete pavement, a sealing primer as recommended by the manufacturer, shall be applied to the pavement in advance of placing of the stripes to ensure proper bonding of the compound. On new concrete surface any laitance and/or curing compound shall be removed before the markings are applied.
