• Front mounted pointer guide adjustable according to laying shoe size.
• Heating System: LPG supply through heavy duty ring type burners for material tank and screed box. Hand torch provided for safe lighting of burners.
• 90 Ltr. Stainless steel tank to avoid corrosion. Agitator with vertically mounted agitating arm. The material tank is provided with a outer jacket fitted with dial type temperature gauge 0º C - 400 º C to maintain the uniform temperature of the material.
• Screed shoe: Available in 10cm and 15cm widths.
• Glass Beads Dispenser: For 10cm and 15cm width. The unit is adjusted for minimum dischare of glass beads @ 300 vms/m2. Linked via chain drive from wheels of the machine hence quantity of dispensed glass beads is constant irrespective of speed of the machine, thereby assuring constant quantity bead every time at any marking speed.
• Glass beads storage box with window to keep a watch on quantity available in the box.
