The bench mounted pneumatic Toggle press has been developed to cater the needs of manufacturers who make small pressed parts. For those works, which require maximum force for over a small distance. Toggle presses are designed to be portable so that they can be easily located and re-located wherever the work is. Setting up procedures is simplified and required very little effort.

It provides perfect unit for blanking, bending, coining, riveting, punching, piercing, marking.

• Slide - An accurately machined, hardened and ground steel ram slides in phosphor bronze bushes. The guided length and the size of ram have been kept large enough to take the eccentric forces affectively. This ensures a long life of tooling as well as of unguided tooling.

• PRESSING - Pressing of the top lid of the container for closing purpose.
• STAMPING - Ink stamping of price, batch number, expiry date etc. by a rubber stereo on the vertical wall of the container. We can give suitable stamp bodies to suit either cylindrical or conical wall.
• DOTTING - Shade dotting on the bottom surface to show the shade of colour.

PREREQUISITES FOR OPERATION

• The container must be filled with desired quantity of paint. 
• The lid must be properly placed (manually) over the mouth of the container. 
• The container and lid together has to be located against locating bracket (manually) provided on the machine. 
• The foot switch should be pressed and released. 

Exclusively designed for removing copper wire enamel coated insulation. (Wire Size - dia. 1.0 to dia. 3.5 mm)

It has the body made of hardened steel and cutting tools with HSS or Carbide. This tool is directly fitted on the motor shaft to reduce the vibrations. Three self-centralizing HSS blades rotating at high-speed strips enamel coating from the surface of the wire. Wire diameter can be set by easy adjustment of these blades.

It is reasonably priced and meets the diversifying needs of the various industries.

This machine is equipped for - 

FILLING - Automatic filling of the distemper by augur type filling unit in to the container and automatic cut off on load cell basis
