The swivel manipulator shown in the picture finds its application in automobile manufacturing industry. The machine is pneumatically operated. This is specially designed to rotate an auto rickshaw body weighing approximately 60 kg. The angle of rotation can be anything between 0 deg to 180 deg depending upon the requirement. This automatic machine is controlled by a plc . It can be programmed to have multiple stops at different angles. The machine can operate in manual as well as in auto mode.

The PVC rod cutting machine is a general purpose machine to cut the PVC rods to very fine to very thick discs which are further processed to manufacture floats for fisherman nets. This machine gives very high production of 25 pieces/minutes. The size of the rods can be up to 75 mm diameter. The thickness can be adjusted from 1 mm to any size. The rod size can be up to 1000 mm or as per customer specifications. The rods are fed automatically. This machine is fully automatic and does not need an operator except for loading of the rods to the feeder guide. Machines can be designed and manufactured to customer specifications.

Act design and manufacture low cost automation equipment for loading and unloading of jobs to several mass production machines. It consists of a pneumatically operated loading arm as well as an unloading arm which are designed and programmed to pick the component coming on a conveyor. These are picked one after the other and placed exactly at a specified location (for instance to a chuck of cnc machines). Jobs are picked either by vacuum cups or mechanical grippers depending on the job shape and size. When the loading arm picks up the job from the conveyor to load it to the machine the unloading arm at the same time picks up the job unloading the machine. This facilitates to interchange the loading and the unloading stations. These are integrated with the machine operations with the help of plc based control panel

We design and manufacture low cost automation equipment for loading and unloading of fluorescent tube lights to mass production machines. It consists of a pneumatically operated arm which is designed and programmed to pick the component from a suitably designed conveyor and place them into the exhaust machine. The arm picks & places two tubes at a time with varying centre distances at pick and place points. These are integrated with the conveyor and the exhaust machine operations with the help of a plc controls.

CNC autoloader is meant for unloading the finished job from cnc chuck and loading the unfinished job into cnc chuck. This is designed for continuous production lines. Hence, ease of operation, minimum loading and unloading time are the major factors for design. This is highly reliable design, user friendly and precise.

It consists of pneumatically operated loading arm which is designed and programmed to pick the component from a suitably designed magazine and moves forward and places the component into a cnc chuck. Jobs are picked by suitably designed grippers. Similarly the finished jobs are unloaded from cnc chuck and placed into another magazine. A plc based electrical control panel takes care of the sequence of operations with an auto cycle as well as manual cycle as required.

All machine operations including the door opening, chuck opening, job clamping and door closing operations are also integrated with the help of the plc controls which otherwise are controlled through the cnc control panel.
