We design automatic screen printing machines for higher productivity to reduce labor. This equipment designed using electro-pneumatic assemblies and controlled by a plc. This machine can be used to print on metal as well as non-metal sheets/plates. The sheets/ plates to be screen printed is passed on a conveyor driven by a variable speed ac motor. The speed can be controlled with the help of a  vfd. The sheet/ plate after reaching the desired position is stopped accurately using position sensors. All the screen printing devices are actuated by pneumatic cylinders. After the completion of the printing, the screen moves up and the plate is passed forward and the next plate is moved to the printing position. The complete operation takes less than 5 seconds thus increasing the productivity. All the operations are controlled by a plc based control panel.

This flattening machine is designed for flattening of steel/aluminum plates of thickness upto 5 mm. The plate to be flattened is passed through hard chrome plated rollers. The rollers are driven by a suitable AC gear motor with variable speed. The flattening top rollers can be adjusted for height from all four corners individually depending on the thickness of the sheets.. This helps in achieving excellent surface flattening. These are widely used in panel fabrication units as well as refrigeration industry.

The double stage brushing machine is designed to remove a layer of up to 30 microns from an aluminum plate. This can also be used for polishing the surface of plates for various applications. The plate to be brushed or polished is fed between rubber rollers driven by a motor with variable speed. The brushes are made of stainless steel bristles or abrasive wheels. The brush rollers are driven by separate ac motors with variable speed. The depth of the brushing can be adjusted manually. A blower is mounted over the brushing unit to collect and extract the metallic dust generated during the brushing.
