| We design and manufacture poka-yoke systems for checking wrong parts getting in to the mass production lines. This machine in the picture is a poka-yoke system which consists of a guided component feeder system mounted on a vibrator, which helps to release any parts stuck up during the travel. The outlet of the feeder ends at a point to ensure the components to fall freely and gently on the moving conveyor belt. There are two conveyors, viz the main and the auxiliary. A high speed inspection system ( check box) is mounted between the main and the auxiliary conveyor. The auxiliary conveyor will take care of the components for further processing i. E. Identification of the inspected parts. the conveyor has a variable speed based on the required rate of inspection and also the check box specifications, which ever is less. Those components, which are wrongly oriented, or of different size will be ejected to a bin and the others, pass on to the next station. At the end of the auxiliary conveyor a chute is fixed which ensures that the component reach vertically to the stamping station. A stamping unit is fitted and synchronized with the components falling from the chute, which will have a color code using a stamping mechanism, which ensures proper stamping on the parts. The conveyors are motor driven and all the remaining functions are achieved by pneumatics. A suitably plc based control panel controls the sequence of operations. |
