Infrastructure
We a well laid infrastructure in the area of 3700 sq. ft. It has various units like manufacturing unit, Research and development unit, storage unit and packaging unit. These departments are coordinated by different managers who ensure that there is no delay of work or the production process or work is not hampered due to any reason.

In order to meet the various demands of the customers, our technicians and experts sit with them and discuss their needs and requirements. They make the various designs according to the clients specifications using the latest technology and softwares like CAD/ CAM. This helps us in meeting the demands of the clients with precision and accuracy. On the clients approval, they immediately start working using various machines installed by our clients like Grinding, Drilling, Welding, Milling, Cutting, laser Cutting and JIG boring.


Quality Assurance
We adhere to the quality standards of ISO and Bureau of Indian Standard. For the prompt delivery of the products, all the raw material like MS Sheets, stainless steel, string steel laminated board and acrylic sheet is procured from the local vendors. It is seen that the best of the material is used for making the products. Our quality inspectors, at regular intervals inspect the production process and check products for consistency and any kind of defect. The various instruments used by them include measuring equipment like vernier Caliper and Height Gauge. For this they use latest testing devices to ensure flawless production. They ensure that the products meets the expectation of the global customers by adhering to the international standards.


Sampling and Warehouse Facility
For the convenience of the clients and get them an idea about our product we offer them free sampling facility. This helps them in selecting the belt of their choice that serves their purpose in more appropriate and efficient manner.
