Products

With years of accumulated experience based on sound scientific principles, we manufacture wide range of locks and keys.

The products are made up of supreme quality raw materials such as c.r.c. sheets, fresh brass sheets, brass scraps, phos.bronzeware & pins. The pins are used to exceed fine tolerance and brass or die cast zinc is used to ensure the quality. For manufacturing key, five ridges are listed by the height of each level, yielding what is called the combination for the key. The products which we provide are absolutely safe and one can be at ease after using the quality locks and keys of our company.

The machine parts that we select for the production are made from good quality material. For a new custom order, the machinists produce trial samples of the parts, and each one of these is inspected and measured by them manually. After the locks are assembled quality tests are performed to ensure the proper functionality of the other parts of products.

Warehousing and Packaging

We have a spacious warehouse to stock and take care of our finished products, so that we are always ready for the urgent demands or bulk orders. The warehouse has storekeepers who take care of the stock in it. We have inventory management system to keep records of the stocks that have moved in and out of the warehouse and the data can be accessed anytime.
The warehouse has temperature control systems which ensure that the products remain corrosion and moisture free.

Our efficient workers pack the sorted pieces in corrugated boxes cartons and sheets. The products are also sorted manually to bring perfection in the packaging of products. The use of superior quality packaging material further ensures that the products are reached safely and within the stipulated time frame.
