About Us

Autonics Machines (India) was incepted in the year 2001, as the manufacturer and exporter of CRDI injector cleaning & testing machines, engine decarbonizing machine, rim straighteners, tyre changer, two post lift, oil dispenser/disposer, spark plug cleaner & tester, battery charger cum tester and ultrasonic cleaner.

These products are made under the supervision of team of engineers and quality experts. The various machines offered by us are well suitable for all the petrol driven cars like Fiat, Maruti, Matiz, Hyundai, Hindustan Motors, General Motors or any other car.

We provide pre and post sale services to our clients. Our team assists them in selecting the products that meets their business requirements and also give them handy instruction for the improving the output of the products. In short span of time, we have been able to create a niche for ourselves in the domestic and overseas markets by delivering the products that cater to the needs of the hi tech workshops.

	It is with their help and support we can share the technology, import CKD/SKD forms which can be further sent back as finished products have joint manufacturing set, international-brand management etc. Our Strategic Location We are located at NIT Faridabad, which is approximately 5 km from New Delhi Airport. Our infrastructural unit has various divisions like the manufacturing division, research and development division, packaging and logistic department etc. All these departments are well coordinated by team of manager, who are the masters in their field.


	Product Range We have developed different systems, which are known for their systematic functionality and certain distinct features. Our array of products include injector cleaning & testing machines, CRDI injector cleaning & testing machines, engine decarbonizing machine, rim straighteners, tyre changer, two post lift, oil dispenser/disposer, spark plug cleaner & tester, battery charger cum tester and ultrasonic cleaner. Beside the existing range of products, we offer rim straightener and wheel balancer and A/c gas charging machine. All the machines offered by us are manufactured using technologically advanced machines under the supervision of engineers. 	Quality Assurance We totally focus on providing our clients with the best of the products and services. For this we follow a stream line quality procedure known as TQM. Right from the the first stage of procurement of raw material to the delivering of the products the quality is monitored. The raw material like steel, rubber, pressure gauge etc., are procured from the reliable agents who are known for their reliable supplies. The raw material is checked for quality in our testing facility and then only used in the production process. In the manufacturing unit the process is monitors by quality inspectors who see to it that the quality of the machines to be manufactured is not at all affected.


	Designing and Manufacturing Unit For providing the quality products to the clients, we have our own designing and manufacturing unit. The designing unit is equipped with the latest product development facility like CAD and CAM. The products are developed by team of experts who conduct regular research and keep a watch on the market trend. Only after thorough and complete research, the designs are developed. Only after the final design is ready it sent to our production unit. Our manufacturing division is spread in area of 475 sq. mtrs and is installed with 400 units. All the products are engineered as per the design given by our designing experts. They manufactured as per their specifications. The final products are checked for the any manufacturing defects and others flaws. Only after the approval of quality experts, they are sent to our packaging and dispatch department.


	Team Our team of 22 engineers and workers is led by an experienced mentor, Mr. Gautam Verma. He is an Instrumentation Engineer having an experience of more than 15 yrs. in engineering field. Under his guidance and supervision our team of workers, have been able to improve their skills and efficiency, thereby helping us in lending our clients with the international quality products and services. Also, he initiated with the concept "Small Group Activities" (SGA), according to which where all the employees are divided in to small cross sectional team and monitor the quality of the products. These teams are given different assignments in various facilities. This helped us in achieving cost reductions, product development and updation, systems invention, quality certification etc. Also for development of the teams skills, we conduct regular in house training sessions which help them in expanding their horizon and improving the skills as per the international markets.


	Business Practice We have a fair business policy that has helped us in building a strong clientèle. We take the full payment at time of placing order through money transfer through bank, demand draft or telecom transfer. We ensure that the products are delivered within an estimated time lead of one week or as per the time committed to the client.


	Clientèle In short span of time we have been able won accolades from our clients not only from India but from other countries like Nepal, Pakistan also. We are in process of expanding our business to other countries with the help of our business associates.
