PETROCK Polyester (PET) Strapping

PETROCK, produced from finest quality polyethylene terephthalate, is a superior alternative to steel strapping in terms of strength, cost-effectiveness, workabilty, etc. Polyesters unique qualities make it one of the best strappings materials to use for securing any type of palletized or unitized load. Petrock with its performance advantage over conventional steel straps finds multiple application in packaging industry.

How To Use
"AUTO STRAP" should be applied around the loads at the highest possible tension to take advantage of the strap strength. A good joint is essential to hold the strap ends together.
Seal : Strap ends can be sealed using either friction welding or ultrasonic welding. Strap ends may also be sealed using metal seals.

We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit which spreads in the sprawling area of 4000 square feet with the installed capacity of 4000 units. Our high-tech manufacturing unit is supported by our in-house designing unit, which is integrated with various latest machines that are managed by a team of experts. With the help of following departments we design, plan, manufacture and manage our range of petrock polyester:

Additionally, our manufacturing is equipped with latest machineries which enable us to manufacture our polyesters with ease. These machines are regularly checked to increase its efficiency and hence smoothen the production process.
