the test rig shall be specially designed for operating all types of switches (one each) at a time, automatically.
the rig shall be provided with arrangement for operating these switches under the following conditions :
a. Flickering operation : 25 to 30 min.
b. Test terminal voltage : as specified.
c. Connected load : as specified.

combination switch endurance test rig -

the test rig shall be designed to meet the following requirements:
1. All the movements of the switch are provided by stepper motors which are controlled by microprecessor.
2. A regulated dc power supply 30v, 15a is provided for loading the switch terminals to thier specified current.
3. The satisfactory operation at all positions of the switch is indicated by indicating lamps.
4. The switch is operated 12 to 30 cycles per minute.

This is a testing machine for tesing Radiator/Condensor for Burst pressure. The machine can develop a pressure of upto 350 bar.

At inlet and outlet ports pressure transducers are provided. Which are interfaced with a PC based data aquisition system so that graph between input pressure and output pressure is displayed.3. The rig has been designed suitably for carrying -out endurance test rig for speedometer cables and meets the following requirements :

1. Five speedometer can be tested at a time.2. A variable speed motor is used for driving the speedometer.3. A timing belt arrangement is provided for driving five speedometers.

These are high precision machines, designed for checking torque loads and deflection of all types of Torsion, Double Torsion and Spiral Springs.

The spring is mounted on a specially designed universal fixture. The angle protractor is set to zero and when the spring is twisted by rotating a handwheel the torque at any angular displacement is read directly on a digital indicator.

These are highly accurate, precision machines designed for individual and batch tests of springs, integrating the advantages of modern electronic measuring technique.

OPERATION

A load is applied to the spring under test by a crosshead unit, which can be moved up and down by means of a handwheel through rack-pinion and gear drive arrangement. The extent of deflection and the load applied both can be read on digital indicators or alternatively the machine can be supplied with digital display of load and deflection measurement on vernier scale dial indicator.
