Seam Welding Wheels
We manufacture seam welding wheels and electrodes, for varied industrial purposes. These are specially designed to be used for seam welding in spot welding machines. It is manufactured of chromium Zirconium copper which adds to its performance and delivers desirable results. These are available in about 700 mm diameter, which can vary according to the clients requirements. We also offer customization of the welding wheels and electrodes.

Cold Formed Caps
These are designed with care to function effectively for spot welding purposes. It is specifically efficient for spot welding purposes. It is manufactured by cold formed process using Chromium zirconium copper. Our manufactured cap tips are available in various types & Shapes of about 10 to 15 types. Further the sizes can also vary as per the customers recommendations.

Laminated Shunts
It is designed as a flexible link, and is largely used in spot welding machines & Guns. They are manufactured using 99.99% pure copper, so that it delivers perfect results. Our laminated shunts are available in varied lengths ranging from 200 mm to 1.0 Meter in length. Further the shape and size of the Shunt can vary as per the requirements of the customer.

Kickless Cable
These cables are manufactured as per customers specification. It acts as a link between the transformer and the spot welding gun for current transfer. Flexible braided wire is used to manufacture the conductor for efficient current transfer. It is available in about 400 mcm to 1000 mcm, which varies as per the requirements of the customers.

Flexible Jumpers
Applicable in varied industrial uses. They are designed to enhance the current carrying, to aid to spot welding. Pure copper is used to manufacture the jumpers which further allows easy conductivity of current. They are available in sizes up to 600 mcm, and can be customized as per the requirements of the customers.

Copper Bars/ Bar Stock
We also indulge in the manufacturing of copper chromium plates. These enhance the spot quality. They deliver accurate results and are efficient to avoid spot dents. Thus are highly recommended to be used for spot welding. They are usually available in 8 mm to 20 mm thickness.
