Oil Cleaning System

We offer of Oil Recovery Centrifuge. System works on principle of centrifugal separation. A rotor bowl made of perforated steel screen is driven by motor. The components/chips from which the oil is to be removed are loaded in the rotor bowl. The oil is separated from the components by the centrifugal force and drains out from the drain pipe provided at the bottom of the unit.

APPLICATION:- The unit works on principle of centrifugal separation for removing fine particles from Lubricant up to 1 micron. Centrifugal force generated  in rotor  separates particles, which are deposited on inner wall of rotor. Contamination can be cleaned easily and unit put back to use again.

Inside the centrifuge a twin jet motor rotates at speed of 7000 RPM and creates centrifugal forces 2000 times greater than gravity.
