(Item Code: AUXI-IN-SOFT-NS) This is a non yellowing, non ionic softening agent used for treatment of cellulosic fibers, synthetic fibers and their blends. This can be availed in pourable form and can be applied by padding and exhaust method.
Application
AUXI SOFT NS is basically used to apply in both exhaust and padding method. The concentration of the chemical is determined as per the desired effect and for the kind of fiber. The chemical can be applied as a self finish or in combination with other finishing chemicals and optical brightening agents.

This chemical can be applied on all native and synthetic fibers in all cleaning procedures. This suits for installation with spraying devices and where small amount of foam is required. Applications
Usually 10-30% AUXI IN AWN is used and the calculated amount in ml of peroxide is used. It can be applied by both exhaust and cold pad batch method.
AUXI IN AWN can be applied both by exhaust as well as by cold pad batch method.

Application (Dissolving Method)
The chemical can be applied by both exhaust as well as padding method. AUXI SOFT CS is dissolved by steadily by adding it up while stirring 10-20 times the weight of water at 60-70'C. The stock solutions are stable and can be diluted with water as per the requirement. Concentration depends on the kind of fiber and the effect desired.

(Item Code: AUXI-IN-DE-SAN) AUXI IN DESAN kills metal ions like Fe and is phosphate-free, polymer based sequestering agent with dispersing properties.
Application - Dyeing
AUXI IN DE SAN can be applied in both exhaust baths and in padding processes.
In the exhaust dyeing of reactive with prior addition of 1-2% of AUXI IN DE SAN in the dye bath maintains Ca and Mg ions. These ions may interfere in the dyeing process, particularly when using hard water.
In the dyeing of reactive during the cold pad-batch process, the adding up of 2-3 gm of the chemical in the padding solution gives dyeing with fine constancy and solidity for the similar reason.
Addition of 2 gm/I of our auxiliary chemical during the washing of reactive dyeing facilitate speedy removal of unfixed dye. This leads to improve rub fastness of the dyeing. During washing-off in cold pad-batch dyeing, the addition of 2 gm/I of our chemical in the washing bath assist in the quick removal of sodium silicate from the fabric.

Application Properties:
The AUXI IN DFT offered by us aids in migration, improves levelling properties of vat dyes & enable shade or shade depth differences which are to be levelled out during normal dyeing cycle ensuring no dye loss in the process.
For closely woven fabrics & cross winds, we acheive excellent dye penetration with non-foaming AUXI IN DFT. For particularly difficult cases, the effect are assisted by raising temperatures to 70-80'C & somewhat prolonging dyeing times.

(Item Code: AUXI-IN-DEFOAMER) AUXI IN DEFOAMER is white in color, odorless, non toxic and non flammable, is compatible with common sizing agent and is easy to handle. This is used as a defoamer for paper machine to enhance sheet formation and widely used in paper industries and effluent treatment plants for industries such as medicine, textile, fertilizer etc.
Preparing Emulsion- Prepare 2 to 5 GPL solution with hot water (60-70°c). 0.5 to 1.5 kg chemical is required per ton of paper used as defoamer in paper machine.

(Item Code: AUXI-BOND-RESIN) AUXI BOND RESIN increases bursting and tensile strength, enhances scott internal bond or ply bond. It improves stiffness and wax pick. This is a paper additive which offers dry strength property by effective electrostatic absorption. This property can not notice in normal products. This can be used to improve the dry strength of paper from bleached and kraft pulps.

Mode of Use
AUXI BOND RESIN should preferably be diluted with about three time quantity of water previous to make use of in order to ensure a better distribution of product in the fibers. Due care should be taken that the diluted product is not stored for long period. With the use of AUXI BOND sufficient alum is added to the stock to ensure maximum retention of product in the paper. The acidity of the stock is accustomed so as to bring the pH of the slurry within the range of 4.5 to 6.5 and if alum and hydrochloric acid or Sulphuric acid is made to adjust the pH of backwater and drying temperature of the paper.
