(Item Code: AUXI-IN-SOFT-NS) Textile finishing chemicals is a non yellowing, non ionic softening agent used for treatment of cellulosic fibers, synthetic fibers and their blends. This can be availed in pourable form and can be applied by padding and exhaust method. Application: AUXI SOFT NS is basically used to apply in both exhaust and padding method. The concentration of the chemical is determined as per the desired effect and for the kind of fiber. The chemical can be applied as a self finish or in combination with other finishing chemicals and optical brightening agents. AQUA SOFT VH has excellent dispersing and sequestering action which is beneficial in washing/soaping as well as in dyeing processes. It does not impair the shade of dyed goods or adversely affect their fastness properties.

AUXI IN AWN can be applied both by exhaust as well as by cold pad batch method. Generally, 10-30% AUXI IN AWN is used, calculated on the amount in ml of peroxide used.

However quantity AUXI IN AWN may vary as per the quantities of alkali and peroxide depending on time, temperature and quality of fabric to be bleached.

AUXI IN DE SAN can be applied both in the exhaust bath as well as in padding processes.

In the exhaust dyeing of reactives and vats prior addition of 1-2% of AUXI IN DE SAN in the dyebath prevents Ca and Mg ions interfering with the dyeing process, particularly when using hard water.

In the dyeing of reactives by cold pad-batch process the addition of 2-3 gm/I AUXI IN DE SAN in the padding solution gives dyeing with good levelness and solidity for the same reason.

Addition of 2 gm/I AUXI IN DE SAN during the washing of reactive dyeing helps in the rapid removal of unfixed dye. This leads to improved rub fastness of the dyeings. Additionally, during washing-off of cold pad-batch dyeings the addition of 2 gm/I of AUXI IN DE SAN in the washing bath help in the quick removal of sodium silicate from the fabric.

AUXI IN DFT which aids migration, improves the levelling properties of vat dyes and enables shade or shade depth differences to be levelled out during the normal dyeing cycle without any loss of dye.

In the case of closely woven fabrics and cross winds, excellent dye penetration is achieved with the non-foaming AUXI IN DFT. In particularly difficult cases, the effect can be assisted by raising the temperature to 70-80'C and somewhat prolonging the dyeing time.
