This company is 100% family owned. It was established in 1993 known as A. V. Engineering headed by S.Dewan Singh Panesar, Initially this unit was set up to make Hydraluic Thread Rolling Machine, Pipe Thread Rolling Machine,Greas Gun pipe Thread Rolling Machine, Foot Pump Pipe Thread Rolling Machine, Tie Road, Two Rolling Machine, Scaffolding, Jack, Prop Machines, Three Roller Hydraluic Machine, Hydraluic Thread Rolling Die & Machine its machinery was being imported. To save precious foreign exchange at that time, this unit took up the challenge and started manufacturing that machinery here to meet the requirement of sewing machine industry and others. With this innovation, The Machine in Picture below was the First ever Machine which was Manufactured by A.V.Engneering works. This unit has also the credit of being the first in India to manufacture:
