• Realmix-30: Provided with a twin shaft mixer and high speed elevating skip assembly, the theoretical production is 30 cubic meter per hour. The same plant can be provided with an option of a pan type mixer or a single shaft compulsory mixer. The plant is having quadrangle type compartment bins with options of 4, 5 and 6 compartments. Additional compartments can be used for various purposes, e.g. the plant given to M/s Astra Concrete Products Private Limited, at Chandivali, Mumbai; is 5 bin plant where the fifth bin is used for recycled material.
• Realmix-45: Provided with a twin shaft mixer and a high speed elevating skip, the theoretical output is 45 cubic meter per hour. The plant can be supplied with many options and designs, depending upon the client’s requirement.
• Realmix-60: Provided with a twin shaft mixer and high speed elevating skip assembly, the theoretical production is 60 cubic meter per hour. The same plant can be given with a single shaft compulsory mixer and with an option of no. of aggregate bins. It can also be given as in-line silo bins or quadrangle compartments, depending upon the client’s requirement.
• Realmix-90: Provided with a twin shaft mixer and a high speed elevating skip, the theoretical output is 90 cubic meter per hour. The plant can be supplied with many options and designs, depending on the client’s requirement.
• Realmix-120: Provided with a twin shaft mixer and a high speed elevating skip, the theoretical output is 120 cubic meter per hour. The plant can be supplied with many options and designs, depending upon the client’s requirement.

EMX series Stationary Concrete Batching Plants are provided with high torque single shaft mixers. These plants are modular in construction and can be erected and commissioned within 2 to 3days. Basic plants are provided with four separate bins of suitable capacity, for four types of aggregates, high torque twin shaft mixer, separate weighing system for cement. This includes a 9.5 meter long screw conveyor for cement with a manual feed hopper of suitable capacity. These plants are fully automatic with PLC controlled electronic weighing systems and can be operated through a PC. However, the scope of supply of basic plant does not include a PC & printer. The optional items include silos, additional screws for fly ash and additional aggregate bins for recycled materials. Further, the high torque twin shaft mixers can handle much bigger aggregates and are probably the best mixers available in the industry.
