After serving L&T for a long period, he joined M/s Schwing Stetter (India) Pvt. Ltd, a fully wholly owned subsidiary of Schwing, Gmbh, Germany. Where he was elevated to the position of a manager in a short span of time. With a substantial experience of two & a half year with M/s Schwing Stetter (India) Pvt. Ltd, he decided to get some exposure into finance and for this purpose he joined M/s GE Capital TFS Ltd., which is an Indian financial arm of GE based in USA as manager construction equipment finance. In his tenure with GE he got exposed with various facets of finance & sales that gave him credible experience, which assisted him in starting his own manufacturing unit.
