Manufacturing Method

The 'Truckmix'' method of production of high quality concrete are given below:

• CPTV can carry and produce the same amount of concrete like a transit mixer
• Tata/Leyland 2516 chassis can carry 5 cubic meter (12.5 tonnes) of concrete same as a transit mixer
• For the production of fresh concrete at site, it takes approximately same time to discharge all the produced concrete, similar to a transit mixer
• The concrete is produced on the principle of stationary plant, which is accepted to industry
• The vehicle engine generates the power to run the batching mixing operation
• All the ingredients like cement, fly ash, 10 mm aggregates, 20 mm aggregates, sand, stone dust & chemicals are transported to site in dry condition, in the separate compartments and are mixed in a horizontal pan mixer
• Finally the batching is done on weight basis with help of electronic load cells
• The sophisticated PLC system with a memory to store different recipes and even a printer can also be added to print the individual batch sheet

Production Facility
