OM Self Batching Transit Mixers

In Constro-India 2012, the company has launched a new range of transit mixers called OM. The product is protected under national & international patent laws and shall bring a revolution in the field of concrete production & transportation, as it does not require a concrete batching plant to load itself like a conventional transit mixer. It also presents a unique arrangement of spiral blades (patents pending) which not only makes it a forceful mixer unlike the conventional transit mixer but also eliminates the dependency on imported drives. The OM mixer is designed to be 100% indigenous without 0% import content. It has been adopted to weigh all the ingredients on positive weight basis and mixes like a compulsory mixer. The unique design of spirals causes a bi-directional movement of material under mixing with uni-directional movement of the mixing shaft and does not require forward & reverse. It also optimizes the power input by eliminating the hydraulic system by a rugged mechanical drive which has very less and easy maintenance. The biggest USP of the product is that it can be loaded directly by a front end loader and does not require a batching plant. The OM mixers are designed to be mounted on commercial trucks such as TATA 909 and TATA 1613 or can be trolley mounted. The OM mixers therefore simplify the process of production and transportation of concrete and reduce the cost of concrete by approx. 30% compared to the conventional system. It also reduces the capital investment of the customer compared to the conventional system.

Rudra Dry Mix Transit Mixers

The Rudra transit mixers are based on SCMD technology protected by patent laws. These mixers are designed to transport dry mix to the place of pour and are capable of forceful mixing after addition of present amount of water at site before discharge. Furthermore, the Rudra transit mixers have very high torque and it enables supply of fresh concrete at any location irrespective of distance & time. Rudra mixers are available in two capacities of 2 as well as 4 cubic meter and are suitable for mounting on TATA 909 & TATA 1613 trucks respectively.
