We at ‘AVANT TOOLS', established our operations in the year 1983. Under the guiding lights of Mr. P. Francis, who has over 3.5 Decades Experience in the field of Tool Manufacturing, we started with manufacturing precision machined components.

AVANT TOOLS is the only organization in the State of Karnataka who are registered with the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India to manufacture and supply the following items to meet Defence requirement.

Quality Assurance

AVANT TOOLS is highly quality conscious and has the following dealings in place to sustain rigid quality standards.

Full fledged Tool Room facilities

Quality inspection of all raw material received is done. Chemical Testing is carried out by Raghavendra Spectro Metallurgical Laboratory.
Internal cracks in material are detected using Ultra Sonic Testing and is done by CMTI & G.M.L., Bangalore.

In-Line Process Inspection By conventional instruments.

Hardness Testing and Component Heat Treatment is carried out. Standard and large quantity items are checked with special gauges.
Heat treatment process is done in fully computerized Atmosphere Controlled with latest Japanese Technology. Rockwell Hardness Tester is used to check the level of rigidity accuracy as per RAS Model.

Final Inspection
A competent Quality Control Supervisor verifies each component with the pertinent drawings or Standard specification before dispatch.
After inspection items are treated with rust preventive oil, covered with polyurethane and packed in a corrugated box.
