avdas descaler 'u' an especially formulated liquid for descaling of equipment with composite system of copper, brass & mild steel having incrustation of only rust, carbonates, & sulphates.
dosage
make sufficient quantity of descaling solution by adding 35-40% by volume of descaler in water in a polythene fiberglass or rubbers lined tank and circulate in the equipment for 1 hr. To 6 hrs. (depend upon the scale deposit) by preferably polythene, fiberglass or teflon lined pump. After all the scales/deposits are removed, flush- the system thoroughly by cleans water and rinse 3-4 times.
regular treatment with a weak descaler’s solution will prevent the formation of heavy scale deposit.

avdas zinc flux is a special combination of ammonia salt, nitrogen and certain chlorides which is being used in place of ammonium chloride. It is specialy designed to make a smooth bed on the zinc tank which in turn helps to reduce the oxidation of the zinc from the zinc tank and if pour on the angles and other metal surfaces it immediately react with the molten zinc to give an optimum layer and a smooth finish on the angles and other metal surfaces.

Avdas Zinc Chloride is to be added in the Flux Tank in order to maintain the Gravity of the Flux solution. As per recommendation from the experts the best purity in case of Galvanizing is 76% but in case of our we are developing the purity of 82% and above which is by large more then 6 % above the recommended purity which in turn reduces the overall consumption of the Zinc Chloride.
