About Us

avensa is a solution provider to the textile and health care industries. The firm came into business in 1996 with the introduction of "wrinkle free" concept to indian garment manufacturers. In 2007, the firm was branded as avensa (formerly s&a impex) with two main divisions, textile chemicals and health care. In 2008, we ventured into health care by providing health care related disinfectants to hospitals in india. The firm was set up by mr. Arvind singhal (indian institute of technology-roorkee, ucla) who is the chairman of the firm. Mr. Aditya singhal (Georgia institute of technology, esade) is currently the director of the company.

currently, the firm has a team of 45 people operating out of two offices (gurgaon-ncr and tirupur) who bring skills in the areas of electrical, biomedical, textile and computer engineering. Our health care team includes physicians and part time surgeons to assist the biomedical engineers. Our strength lies in our marketing and sales team who are able to gauge the requirements of the customer and provide the highest level of service.

our facilities include laboratories for r&d and quality controls, manufacturing units for in house products and a distribution center for efficient supply chain management the firm has had a cagr of 80% in the last 3 years with our target for fy 2009-2010 to be that of 60%. Our estimated team size will touch 65 in the same time frame.
