Heating
Mantle for Laboratory Glassware |
All- Heating Mantles are individually constructed and factory
inspected for the highest electrical standards. Each heating element
is incorporated in woven fiberglass yarn and fitted into a spun
aluminum housing, powder coated. All Heating Mantles are supplied
with built-in on-off energy regulator.
Standard Heating Mantles are designed to take only one size of
flask. Sizes are available to fit round bottom flasks from 100 ml to
20 Litres. The snug fit of the heating surface, which is in close
contact with the glass flask, ensures good thermal efficiency.

Stainless
Steel Heating Mantle |
Construction of these Heating Mantles are similar to standard
Heating Mantles, ' but the housing is made of high quality stainless
steel. All Heating Mantles are supplied with built-in on-off energy
regulator.
These Heating Mantles are designed to take only one size of flask.
Sizes are available to fit round bottom flasks from 100 ml to 1000
ml. The snug fit of the heating surface, which is in close contact
with the glass flask, ensures good thermal efficiency.

To Heat a number of round bottom flasks simultaneously (for
extractions, distillations, and digestions) Extraction units may be
used.
All Extraction Mantles have individual energy regulator with
indicator light for each heating surface, allowing liquids with
different boiling points to be heated alongside each other. The
robust construction permits continuous operation of the units as
required by routine extraction tests.
Extraction Mantles are available in 2 models, 3 recess and 6
recess. The heating elements are housed in a strong Aluminum
housing, powder coated in attractive colour.

spun brass frame or joint less stainless steel frame with stainless
steel wire mesh or perforated plate in different aperture sizes from
125mm opening to 20 microns
Micro Test Sieves
Micro Test Sieves are available in. one piece brass frame of 3, 4
and 6 inch diameter with suitable Lid and Receiver.
Coarse and Fine Test Sieves
Coarse and Fine Test Sieves 8, 12 and 18 inch in diameter with Lid
and Receiver assembly are also available.
Wet Washing Sieves :
For samples that need to be separated with the help of wet washing.
Available in 8 inch diameter by 4 or 8 inch deep with brass frames.
A complete range of aperture sizes are available.
Lids and Receivers
Lids and receiving pans are available in stainless steel or brass

Very useful for heating test tubes, " crucibles, small flasks,
beakers, etc. The heating element is spiraled Nichrome wire enclosed
in refractory casing. Works on electricity.

These baths are double walled with high quality heavy guage
stainless steel. The gap between the inner and outer walls insulated
with fine quality glasswool. The bath is fitted with immersion
heater. Temperature is controlled by a thermostat from ambient to 90
degC. The bath is provied with pilot lamps, concentric rings, power
chord and drain plug.
