| Silk Waste Raw silk
Our assortment offers about 25 varieties of raw silk waste which are available in mulberry silk,(ie. Bombyx Mori) category itself, which is manually cleaned and is of optimum quality. Eri, Muga, Tassar silk wastes are also offered by our gamut. We can also cut the material to the required length and loosen the tuft form partially with our opening beater machine. Moreover, this waste can be teased and willowed. We also offer to willow the flimsy Cocoons with the help of our willow machine to clear up the Pupae or the dead worms present in the cocoons. Our napping machine can convert raw silk waste into a sheet form. In brief, various options available with us include the following:
- Raw silk waste ( manually cleaned )
- Raw silk waste of different cut lengths ( Not suitable for clustered materials)
- Raw silk waste in opened form ( more suitable for winding and medium quality cut waste)
- Raw silk waste in sheet form ( suitable for clustered material)
- Raw silk waste teased. ( Willowed to clean foreign matters in low grade waste)
Degummed Silk Waste: Owing to our semi auto degumming system, we undertake degumming and bleaching of the basin refuse, bisu and flimsy Cocoon also. Salem being one of the main cotton processing centers, the skilled labor are available abundantly.
- Degummed bleach material can be delivered in packed condition for further process.
- Instead of tangled form it can be made into sheet form by napping machine to facilitate for cutting or filling process.

| Silk Fleece We can fiberise the bleached silk waste into web form with our fine
carding machine. Our various types of carded web are suitable for
application in the following areas: Quilt And Duvet Filling: Fibres of very small length.
- Non-Woven Fabric: - Desirable fiber sheet thickness of 90cm x 200cm
can be given suitable for needle punching and thermal bonding. We can
blend any suitable filling fiber for thermal bonding as per the
customer's specifications. Coarse, undegummed tussah and mulberry fiber
to get prefearble air permeability, tensile strength, flexural
rigidity, crease recovery, pilling resistance and dimensional stability
to washing are also made available.
- Wadding: - Our array also provides fibers in loose form and of very
short length. Which are extremely compatible with cotton and other
fibers in terms of blending and are extremely suitable for adhesive
bonding.
- Wall Coverings And Decors: - Our multi colored silk fibers have
found an appreciated application in making non-woven coverings and
hangings. Known for their elegant colors, and exotic appeal they are
preferred widely in manufacturing of decoratives like wall coverings
and hangings.
- Friction Spinning: Fiber for pure or blend from virgin waste or from by products of spun process.

ii) Double combed sliver iii) Sliver with effective fibre length of 70 to 75 mm iv) Silver with effective fibre length of 40 to 42 mm for cotton blend v) Non continous sliver in the form of fleece, suitable for Blow room blending of cotton vi) Cut staples of 70-75 mm effective length sliver.
