Introduction :
“AVI” made Autoclaves are designed and fabricated for steam sterilization process to kill micro-organisms through the application of saturated steam under pressure to suit various I.S. standards application in the growing field of Medical, Agricultural Institution, Bio-Chemical Industrial, Research laboratories and various Industries.

Drying Electrodes :
Generally electrodes are hygroscopic in nature, it absorb's moisture from the environment. Such electrodes give porous welds & fuse slowly. For smooth welding, electrodes must be dried perfectly before they used. For low hydrogen electrodes keep oven at 250 deg.C.
Submerged Arc/Gas Welding Fluxes :
Like electrodes, these Fluxes have the tendency to absorb moisture from the environment. Such Fluxes are dried at 250 deg.C. For best result.
Construction :
Double walled, Both side made of mild steel, Glass wool insulations, Interior is painted with heat resisting aluminum paint & Exterior is painted with powder coating epoxy paint.
Heating & Control :
Heating elements are made from best quality Nickel chromium wires. The elements work at low & high Temp and is controlled by thermostat/energy regulator/digital display temperature controller etc.

Introduction :

Industrial, Research laboratories and Hospitals.

Introduction :
"AVI" rotary oil sealed pumps are quiet operating and vibration less, designed for continuous duty. Factory tested to assure a satisfactory performance. The pump mechanism is contained in metal case with oil level sight gauge and drains plug at base. They are mounted on heavy steel base plates and have a wide range and capacity. Fitted with heavy-duty electric motor, all pumps are V-Belt driven at a speed of 400 RPM. Our pumps are fabricated out of high-grade cast iron and are worked on sophisticated machines to give accuracy in microns, thus leading to very high-sustained vacuum. Supplied in single stage or double stage models. To work on 220/230 volts, 50Hz A.C. supply.
