In addition to these, we also provide scientific instrument cleaning brushes to our valuable clients. Our company is also constantly working towards expanding our current range of plastic products.

 

We have an advanced manufacturing unit fitted with fully automatic machines that allows us to manufacture domestic cleaning brushes with an excellent finish. Further, we have a separate quality control department wherein our experts stringently monitor the quality of the finished products to ensure their compliance with international quality standards.

 

Our on-time deliveries and ethical business practices have helped us to establish a wide base of clients in India. We also export our products to Israel and a few nations of the European continent on a job order basis. It is owing to the sharp business acumen and foresightedness of our CEO, Mr. Vijay Prakash Nandrajog that we have been able to acquire a distinctive position for ourselves in the market. Our mentor is an ex Indian Air Force fighter pilot with a work experience of over 30 years that includes two decades of flying.

 

With a vision to establish a state-of-the-art avionics lab, he took an early retirement and established Vikram Aviation Pvt. Ltd. (VAPL). Few years later, he saw an opportunity in the field of manufacturing & exporting of cleaning brushes that led him to establish AVK Technologies. He started the organization with the aim of manufacturing, exporting and importing various products, such as Plastic Brushes, Baby Feeding Bottles and Energy Efficient Devices.

We offer our clients with an extensive range of domestic cleaning products like toilet cleaning brushes, dish washing brushes and cobweb cleaning brushes. These are manufactured using high quality polypropylene, ensuring their optimum quality and durability.

Our range consists of Double Hockey Toilet Brushes, Single Hockey Toilet Brushes, Dish Washer Brushes and Cobweb Brushes. Apart from these, we also offer Scientific Instrument Cleaning Brushes. These brushes are acknowledged for the following salient features:

We have a modern infrastructure that consists of separate units for manufacturing, designing, quality testing and packaging. Our manufacturing unit is spread over a vast area of 30,000 square feet and has an excellent installed capacity of 200 tons. The following fully automatic imported machines are fitted at our manufacturing unit:

• Injection molding machine

• Tufting machine

The quick operating speed of these machines enables us to meet the bulk demands of our clients. Further, the excellent functioning of our tufting machines helps us to ensure that the bristles stick firmly to the brush, while ensuring its flawless finish.

 

In addition to this, we have an in-house designing unit that is equipped with the latest designing tools and other necessary facilities, enabling us to customize our products as per the specific needs of our individual customers.

Following a quality conscious approach since our inception, we always strive to achieve the highest standards of quality in our range of domestic cleaning products. To ensure that every single product manufactured by us is of optimum quality, we have established a separate quality control department in our organization. Our quality controllers maintain a constant vigil throughout the manufacturing process and conduct quality checks to ensure that every product meets the clients specifications. This helps us to ensure that the finished products delivered to our clients are free of any defects.

We only procure high quality raw materials from a reliable set of vendors located across the country. Some of the parameters on which our quality controllers conduct quality checks of our products are:
