Know Us
Established in the year 2003, we - AVM Technologies are actively providing designing services for CNC, pneumatic and mechanical systems. We offer machine tool designing, automation designing, testing equipment designing and gauging solutions designing.

As a part of our venture, we have worked on the development of Flexible manufacturing line for Cylinder head and Cylinder Block, which were successfully manufactured and installed. Our Flexible manufacturing line consisting of Horizontal and Vertical CNC Machining Centres and SPMs Line. It is equipped with Centralized coolant system and auxiliary equipment and material handling system. We have visited Pfauter, Germany during absorption of technology of CNC Gear Hobbing machine and to Hitachi Seiky Co. Ltd. Japan, for the development of Flexible Manufacturing line for Cylinder Block and Cylinder Head.


Projects Executed
In last three years, we have undertaken a number of projects. All these projects have been successfully executed and thereafter we have received lot of accolades for our task. Following are some of the design assignments we have worked on:
  • 2-axes CNC Flow forming machine.
  • Trunion Fixture to Rotate 12 ton Locomotive Crank-case using Head Stock & Tail Stock to be used on Gantry (type of machining centre).
  • CNC Keyway Milling Machine for Crank shaft.
  • Handling CNC Gantry System covering area of 24m x 8m.
  • Two axes Welding Manipulator to handle 8000 Kgs of payload.
  • Hydraulic Welding Fixtures for Heavy Earth Mover Components.
  • Crank Shaft Oil Seal pressing m/c for Diesel Engine.
  • Two Axis CNC High Speed LASER Cutting Machine.


Our Leaders
Mr. Vijay Shah and Mr. Milind Kulkarni, who are partners and put in their heart & sole efforts for all the business operations, head us. Both the partners have more than 20 years of experience in Design and Development in the field of Machine Design. During the process, we have acquired diverse experience in field of Machine Tool Design, Automation and Multi Gauging Fixtures, Incorporating Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Servo Systems. Machines Designed By Us
We have successfully designed following machines: Metal Cutting Machines
  • Vertical Machining Centra: With rapid speed and feed (40 m / min) and acceleration of 5 m / sec2. High Seed Spindle of 15000 rpm with two workstations, suitable for aluminum machining. This machine was displayed in IMTEX 98.
  • Horizontal Machining Centre: With rapid speed and feed (40 m / min) and acceleration of 5 m / sec2, with rotary pallet changer. This is upgradation of specifications of our machines in multiples.
  • CNC Gear Tooth Chamfering Machine: Suitable for tooth chamfering form, pointing and rounding operation suitable for chamfenng of gears for synchronous Gear box. This machine was displayed in IMTEX 98, and Mr. Vijay Shah and his team received the PMT Trust CMTI Award for Best Machine Tool Design of The Year in IMTEX1 98.


Testing Machines
  • Gear Box Testing Rig: To check Gearbox Noise under load. Driven by DC motor and electrically loaded by DC generator rinsing and oil filling system is provided.
  • Cylinder Block Bore Measurement and Grade Marking Machine: Using Air Electronic Gauge and Pneumatic marking system. Data acquisition through PC and SPC analysis
  • Connecting Rod Big End Measurement and Grading Machine: Auto gauging using Air / Electronic gauge, rotation by Servomotor and marking of grade using Inkjet marking system.
  • Bearing OD Measurement and Sorting Machine: Bearing OD measurement using Air Electronic Gauge and sorting into Accept / Reject bins cycle time less than 5 sec.
  • Leak Testing Machines
