AVR made ASCL is a fully automatic high precision micro-controller based system ideally suited for Conservation of Energy of Standby Generators used in Multi-storied Apartments, Commercial Complexes, industrial Establishments, etc. Generally, the Standby Generators are selected to meet the demands of critical and essential loads of consumers and hence the Ratings of the Generators are lower than the connected Power from the Mains Supply System. It is, therefore, necessary to stagger the connections the connections and Monitor the power drawn by each consumer, so that the Generator does not get overloaded. Other Versions:

Automatic Current Limiter(ACL) This provides ideal solution for limiting the load with in a preset value and thus reduce the Maximum Demand and Saves energy as well as Cost.
It permits the consumer to Switch-On the load up to rated current continuously.
If the current exceeds the pre-set value, it disconnects the load for about 15 seconds, during which the consumer is expected to reduce the load to within the Pre-Set Limit.
In an unlikely event of consumer not reducing the load within 5 cycles of operation, the supply to the consumer is disconnected, until it is REST.
Thus, the unit saves considerable energy, ensures that the Maximum. Demand is not exceeded and also protects the equipment against overloading.


Automatic Source Change Over Unit (ASC)

In some applications like lighting of corridors, lifts, water pumps etc,. Customer would like to give full power from either Mains or Stand by Gensets. In such cases, only Auto Source Change Over (ASC) unit without a Current Limiting Feature can be used.
