 MULTI-SURFACE CLEANER – ALKALINE IN NATURE.
CLEANOL may be use as a cleaner, degreaser and emulsifier for grease, oil and soils on equipment, machinery, concrete floors, driveways, and many other areas where a heavy-duty cleaner is required.
It is a multi surface cleaner. CLEANOL’S super-cleaning action does not harm sensitive surfaces. It cleans iron, steel, aluminium, rubber, concrete, glass and most plastic and synthetic fibres.
It is completely biodegradable and used as car wash.
2. MULTI-SURFACE CLEANER –ACIDIC IN NATURE.
a. CLEANTECH-MSC123 is an all-in-one, multi-surface cleaner that cleans and brightens surfaces quickly and easily.
b. CEANTECH-MSC123 is a multi-surface cleaner formulated with accelerated hydrogen peroxide. This Cleaner can be used as a daily general purpose cleaner on hard surface as spray, wipe or brush method.
c. Multi-surface wipes use accelerated hydrogen peroxide leave surfaces sanitary. Can be used to clean hard surfaces such as: countertops, check-out counters, infant seats, cash registers, shopping carts and other water-washable surfaces. Hard surfaces are those which are frequently encountered in lavatories such as lavatory fixtures such as toilets, shower stalls, bathtubs, bidets, sinks, etc., as well as countertops, walls, floors, etc. In such lavatory environment various forms of undesirable residues are known to form including hard water stains as well as soap scum stains. Hard water stains are mineral stains caused by the deposition of salts, such as calcium or magnesium salts, frequently present in hard water, soap scum stains are residues of fatty acid soaps such as soaps which are based on alkaline salt of low fatty acids, which fatty acids are known to precipitate in hard water due to the presence of metal salts therein leaving an undesirable residue upon such surfaces.
d. It is completely bio degradable and used as a car wash.

3. DEGREASER AND TAR REMOVER

CLEANFULL is a water-emulsifiable degreaser and tar remover that was developed for heavy-duty cleaning with minimal fire and fume hazard and maximum power.
CLEAFULL combined with water clings where it is applied and provides powerful cleaning power to remove tar, grease and grime. Contains a specially formulated agent that reacts with water to create a thickened mixture that clings to surfaces and cleans through stubborn greasy build up. Has a pleasing lemon oil fragrance rather than an unpleasant odour.
Use CLEAFULL to remove grease, oil, tar, road film, asphalt, protective coatings, heavy soil from concrete, mild and stainless steel, copper and aluminium.

4. CLEANER AND DESCALING AGENT

SCALONIL is a cleaner and descaling agent that was developed to dislodge concrete scales and mineral deposits for removal.
The fast acting cleaning power of SCALONIL is unique. Once it dissolves the carbonates in deposits, sulphates, iron, calcium magnesium and other insoluble materials fall from surface.
It can use on water meters, diffuser tubes, high tension bolts, gas meters, chlorinators, metal ladders, diving boards, mixing trucks, concrete forms, concrete equipments, tile and terrazzo, cooling towers, water lines, cooling coils.

5 .DEMOISTURING COMPOUND FOR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT.

DEMOISE was developed to remove moisture help prevent corrosion on their electrical equipment. It helps extend the operational life of equipment and restore to use water-damaged electrical equipment.
.6. CLEANER FOR ELETRICAL EQUIPMENT
KK35 was developed to provide super strength cleaning and degreasing power for electric motors and machinery while protecting the user and the environment by eliminating use of perchloroethylene, trichloroethylene and benzene.
7. METAL PARTS CLEANERAUTOCLEAN is a biodegradable liquid degreaser for use as metal parts cleaner except aluminium surface.

ATLAS-SCL28 is a  solvent based cleaner for electronic, plastic and mechanical components surface.

 

Atlas-scl28 was developed to provide super – strength cleaning and degreasing power for on tough greasy stains on painted and soiled surface while protecting the user and the environment by eliminating the use of perchloroethylene, Trichloroethylene and benezene.

Atlas-scl28 is partially water insoluble powerful cleaner.

Atlas-scl28 provides excellent degreasing of machine parts while being safe and pleasant to use. The advantage is an inexpensive for use as a machine part degreaser.

 

• It does not Contains any hazardous solvents like perchloro ethylene. Trichloro ethylene, benzene etc. Non-corrosive to all metals, plastic, wood, etc.  Won’t harm paint, rubber, insulation or plastic during contact time.
• Leaves no residue. Requires no rinsing or wiping after use.
• Controlled evaporation won’t induce condensation moisture, provides extended contact for greater cleaning power.

APPLICATIONS:

 

 

Spray or brush method:

 

Spray or brush on to surface to be cleaned. Allow to work then apply more Atlas-scl30 to blush away loosened grime, wipe allow to air dry or by blowing air.

  Immersion Cleaning Method:

 

(a)    By circulating cover tank method:

 

Immerse small components or parts in a circulating covered tank of ATLAS-SCL28 remove and allow to drying.

 

(b)    By open tank method:

 

Fill the tank by ATLAS-SCL28 up to working volume. Dip the components up to 2 to 3 minutes leaves no residue.

  FOLLOWING POINTS TO BE KEPT TO DISCARD TANK SOLUTION

 

            The removed oil, grease, dirt etc., will contaminate bath solution. When removed oil, grease, dirt etc., interface in the function of ATLAS-SCL28, discard the tank solution and make a fresh bath solution.

 

WARNING

 

• Not for use on computers, data processing equipment or controllers panels.
• Keep container and using bath closed after each use. Keep out reach of children. Avoid contact with skin, eye. Flush with plenty of water avail medical advice.
• When using, wear goggles, Gloves and mask.

CLEANOL –LC130 is a non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-caustic, readily biodegradable safe in use multi-purpose cleaner. Excellent detergent for washing trucks and cars. It cleans a whole truck- from top to tires- in just minutes. However, CLEANOL-LC130 is more than a truck and car wash, it is an excellent Heavy duty cleaner and degreaser. CLEANOL may be use as a cleaner, degreaser and emulsifier for grease, oil, dust and soils on equipment and machinery, concrete floors and driveways, and many other areas where a heavy-duty cleaner is required.

          PROCESS

 

For general cleaning: use as spray and wipe or with a mop, sponge or hand pad. For use as a daily floor cleaner: apply with mop and bucket or auto scrubber.

Dish washing: 1 part to 500 parts of hot water

General cleaning: 1 part to 250 parts of hot water
