- RUSEATER-RC 500 converts adamantly adhering rust in to an organo - Complex compound, resulting in the formation of a non-porous and moisture - repelling coating of good mechanical stability, abrasion resistance, bond strength and excellent anti-corrosive properties. - Process :

* The surface to be treated should be free from heavy oil, grease etc.

* Remove loosely adherent rust from the surface, using a wire brush.

- Dip the component in RUSEATER-RC 500 for 2 to 3 minutes. You also apply the chemicals by using a brush.

- Within few minutes, rust would have been converted in to a ferrous ferric coating. In case the atmosphere is not highly corrosive; the treated surface may be stored even in open yard.

- If you wish to paint or give any other coating, rinse the surface with water after a minimum 24 hours., ensure that the surface is thoroughly free from residual chemical and absolutely dry and then paint.

- Bath parameters :

Concentration : 10 liters for every 100Ltrs of working volume.

- Free Acidic points :
(Strength) : 10 to 15

Operating temperature : Ambient temperature

Duration of dip : Generally about 10-20 minutes.(Depending upon the component contaminants).

- Bath Makeup :
Fill up the tank with water to approximately three-fourth of the intended working volume, to this water, add slowly ultra-clean. ULS4in the proportion of 10 liters for every 100ltrs working volume, while adding, stir the water to endure dissolution of the chemical; add further quantities of ultra-clean-ULS4 only after the first lot has dissolved. When the required chemical has dissolved, add more water to makeup the working volume. The bath solution so make up should show a point age of 10 to 12.

- Replenishment :
(i) If the point is less than 10 to raise by 1 point, add 25 liters of ultra-clean-ULS4 for every 1000 liters

- Following points to be kept to discard the tank solution.

- Sometimes, the points(Strength) level will be satisfactory but degreasing will be below par. With each load, a certain amount of oil is removed from the work pieces and retained. When this oil content reaches 3% discard the bath solution, no matter what the point age chemical strength.
