We have pleasure in offering our customers a very effective product for removing mill scale and rust, besides removing thin films of oil and grease. The product SCALEGUN-S is formulated using Phosphoric Acids.
SCALE GUN-S removes thin films of oil / grease from steel surfaces. Removes mill scale, rust and welding scales.

- SCALE GUN –S will meet out all draw backs of Hydrochloric Acid.
4. If your surfaces have only thin films of / grease, you will find it advisable to
switch over to SCALEGUN-S which will perform both the functions of
degreasing and derusting thereby REDUCING ONE OPERATION, TWO
TANKS, AND SPACE.
PROCESS a) BATH PARAMETERS
Concentration : 25 liters for every 100 ltrs of working volume. (The
exact amount of water to be added to Scale gun-S
should be arrived at by the Customer by experimentery
as a small scale)
Free acidity points : 28 – 32 points
Iron content tolerated : Below 1.5%
