Since our inception, Axiom Process Equipments is engaged in manufacturing and supplying a quality range of process equipment. We are complete solution provider right from designing, manufacturing and undertaking turnkey projects for process equipment.

We have in house facility and expertise for manufacturing various Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Agitators, Heat Exchangers and Tanks. The entire range is manufactured in accordance with the international quality standard and caters to the needs of chemical, polymer, paint, chemical labs, pharma, construction chemicals, food and mineral industries. With our commitment towards our clients, we provide consistent services in terms of manufacturing, after sales and turnkey solutions that helped us to retain old clients and make new ones in various parts of the country. Further, we can also arrange third party inspection of the final product, to ensure that the process equipment is as per the specific requirements our clients. The range offered by us encompasses Industrial Reactor Systems, Agitators, Storage Tanks, Silos, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels and Distillation Units. The entire range is manufactured using high grade raw material such as SS304, 316, 316L, 316T, inconel and duplex, to ensure optimum quality in the final product. Our range finds extensive application in basic chemical, polymer, paint, chemical labs, pharma, construction chemicals, food and mineral industries.

Apart from this, we also undertake complete Turnkey Project for the process industries across the nation.

Turnkey Solutions

We undertake turnkey projects for our wider range of process equipment in order to meets client’s requirements and meeting the industrial needs. In our turnkey project separate entities are responsible for setting up a plant or equipment and for putting it in to operation. We offer to provide solutions for designing, commissioning, erection and installation of process equipment along with all the accessories required in the operation on turnkey basis covering all activities. To achieve this out team of expert engineers and technicians work in close coordination with all concerned personnel to find out the best possible solutions for entire plant layout and design.

Infrastructure

We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure facility with latest machinery and a well-equipped quality examination center. Our manufacturing unit spreads across an area of 5000 sq. feet in Pune. We have most recent machinery in our production unit that enables us to manufacture our range of process equipment in compliance with the industrial quality standard. All the machines are operated by experienced technical staff to maintain high quality standard. In addition, our in-house design unit uses latest CAD/CAM software to design our range at our own manufacturing premises as per the specification given by our clients.

These raw material are stringently checked in our approved labs, before using them in the manufacturing process to ensure that the range offered by us is defect free. In addition, our in-house quality inspection department strictly tests & monitors the entire range at every level of production to maintain the flawlessness.

In addition, the packaging is handled by experienced professionals who take extra care in safely packing the entire range of process equipment. These are packed using high grade packing material such as wooden crates and corrugated boxes that ensures safe and damage free transit.
