He is the founder of Axis Fortification Pvt. Ltd. and man behind the success story of Axis. He leads the complete operations of AFPL, supported by an enthusiastic and experienced team of managers. Soon after completing his MBA in Human Resources, he chose to venture in the Security industry as there was a dearth for quality Security service provider in the market & his impetus for excellence & quality led him to form Axis in 2001, since then Axis has never looked back & has been growing dynamically.

His youthful, enthusiastic, dynamic & vibrant personality is inspiration to all the Axisians at all levels of the organization to perform effectively & deliver quality services at their levels - individually and as a team. His quick & right decision making abilities and high concern for human resources of the organization have earned him proven loyalties from the employees, clients, and stake holders.
